Some email clients don’t properly read the events included in confirmation emails, so they may not automatically be added to your calendar.
For example, you might only see the outbound leg of your transport while the return trip doesn’t appear.
If needed, you can manually import all events (outbound, return, hotel, etc.) into your calendar.
Here’s how:
Go to your Trips section.
Click on "Add to my calendar" for the trip of your choice:
This will download an event in .ics format.
How to import the event into your calendar:
Drag & drop: Simply drag the file from your downloads and drop it onto your calendar.
Import it manually into your calendar:
For Outlook: Import events into Outlook Calendar
For Gmail: Import events into Google Calendar
By manually importing, all events will appear correctly in your calendar.
Note: Once imported into your calendar, the events are no longer linked to Fairjungle.
In case of changes: A new event will be sent, but it won’t overwrite the original event.
In case of cancellation: The event in your calendar won’t be automatically removed either.
