If you have chosen our “Pay as you go” plan, your account is billed based on the number of active users each month, at a rate of €XX excluding VAT per active user per month, depending on your plan.
A user is considered active as soon as they make at least one booking during the month. Each employee is therefore counted only once per month, regardless of how many bookings they make.
For example, if 5 different employees make bookings during the month, the billing will be 5 × €XX excluding VAT.
If a single employee makes 5 bookings during the month, the billing will be 1 × €XX excluding VAT.
Conversely, if no employees make any bookings during the month, no usage fees will be charged.
