Cancellation / Modification: You can cancel it directly from your space.
If you wish to modify your tickets, you can cancel them before booking a new trip.

Please have your file number -specified in your reservation e-mail- before calling SNCF at 3635 (7 days a week and from 7am to 10pm - free service + price of a call).

FLIGHT
Cancellation / Modification: If your ticket is cancellable and/or refundable (specified within your e-ticket), contact our 24/7 flight support service at +33 1 82 88 00 41.
HOTEL
Cancellation / Modification: Hotel reservations can rarely be cancelled at the last minute. If cancellation is still possible, our support team will process your request as soon as they are available.
