Signing up and logging in to Fairjungle

To access Fairjungle, simply follow these steps:

  • Go to https://app.fairjungle.com/ (don't forget to add the page to your favourites

  • Enter your e-mail address, even if this is your first time logging in

  • Fairjungle displays the different log in options available to you, as defined by your company admin: via SSO or via your e-mail address and password.

    • If you choose to log in via SSO, you will need to enter your SSO credentials. Once you've entered them, you're connected!

    • If you choose to log in using your e-mail address and password, you will be taken to the following page: choose Log in, or Sign up if this is your first time accessing the platform.

  • Enter your business email address and password - you can also choose to log in/sign up with Google for example

  • If this is your first time logging in, confirm your registration by clicking on the link we send you by email. You can then log in by repeating this last step, this time from the Log in tab.

If you are getting an error, it is possible that your company account requires for your profile to be created before you can sign up. In this case, you can contact our team at support@fairjungle.com or your company's Fairjungle administrator.

Filling in your Fairjungle profile (sign up only)

Once signed in, a window will appear, and you will have to fill in some information:

  • Title, last name, first name and date of birth

  • Preferred seating in the airplane from the drop-down list and loyalty program, if applicable

  • Phone number

  • Billing profile from the drop-down list. Your billing profile is the payment entity to which you are linked. If in doubt, contact your account administrator.

You can now book your business trips on Fairjungle. Let's go!
