When you want to log in to Fairjungle, but you have forgotten your password, just click on Don't remember your password? as below:

We will then ask you to reset your password. Click on "Send email".

An email has arrived in your mailbox!
​Warning ! If you have used Google or Okta to sign up to Fairjungle, you will not receive any e-mail as no password has been created for Fairjungle specifically. You can simply log in by chosing Sign in with Google / Sign in with Okta

Upon receiving the e-mail, all you have to do is activate the reset by clicking on the "Confirm" button:

You'll then be able to enter your new password:

Congratulations! Your password has now been reset.

You can now log back into Fairjungle with this new password. Your next booking is just a few clicks away!
