I. If you booked a flight
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive two confirmation e-mails :
The first one is a general summary of your booking
A second e-mail, with one of the following formats :
Itinerary with your e-ticket attached as well as all the flight information (Airport, terminal, flight number...)
Confirmation from the airline directly with your booking reference and all flight information
When online check-in opens, you will receive an e-mail, from the airline directly, with a link to complete your online check-in. To check in, use the booking reference provided in the confirmation email.
Your boarding pass is then sent to you by e-mail and you can present it at the airport.
II. If you booked a train ticket
You will receive your e-ticket attached to your confirmation e-mail.
III. If you booked a hotel room
The reservation is automatically transmitted to the hotel and the front desk will have a booking under your name. If needed, you can show this confirmation e-mail to the front desk.
