As an Admin, you can access to all your users' trips, so you are quickly able to track down their online bookings.
This will allow you to cancel their online train bookings for them. All you have to do is to go to your Admin > Users tab and click their "My trips" icon :
Select the trip you want to cancel, then click "Cancel" :
Choose whether you wish to cancel the outbound, the return, or the whole trip : the amount of the refund will be displayed. Then confirm your cancellation.
That's it! You will receive a confirmation email of this cancellation within minutes.
