Booking a trip including a car rental
The booking process described below is currently only available when a single passenger is part of your search. For any search involving more than one passenger, we invite you to book without a vehicle and then to add the vehicle by following the steps in the car rental only section below. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@fairjungle.com.
To book a trip that includes a car rental, go to app.fairjungle.com and start preparing your trip by filling in the location, date and passenger fields.
Important: a valid date of birth in your profile is essential to access the car rental offer.Once this information has been validated, you will be asked to choose and confirm your transport and/or hotel.
Once you have confirmed your choices, you will see a button at the bottom of the page allowing you to add a car rental. Click on this button.
We then present you with the different vehicle offers according to the dates and location you are looking for. Here are a few tips to help you refine your search:
The pick-up and drop-off points and times are automatically filled in based on your initial search and any transport included in your trip. You can of course change them here.
Several filters are available: type of vehicle, rental company, pick-up location, etc.
On each vehicle card, you'll find the main options for the vehicle and the rental: model, rental company, transmission type, air conditioning, price per day, any included options (mileage, exemptions, insurance), etc.
When you select a particular vehicle, more details are displayed on the right, including the rental company's precise timetable and cancellation conditions (you'll often have to click on the "more" button to reveal more information).
Please note that only "full credit" rental options are displayed on Fairjungle, meaning that you will not be asked for a deposit when you collect your vehicle.
Once you've made your choice, click on the Select button to return to your trip confirmation page. The vehicle is added, and the total is updated accordingly. Click Confirm my choices to reach the final booking step.
When a car rental is part of your booking, you will be asked to enter the driver's licence information. Click on Add a licence and fill in the required information.
You can confirm your booking request at the top of the page to finalise your reservation!
Booking a car rental only
To book a car rental only, go to app.fairjungle.com and when preparing your next trip, you can click on the Car rental button.
Confirm your request by clicking on Submit request. Fill in the form with you desired rental date and location.
