Have you booked a train journey on Fairjungle and would like to change it? No problem, you can simply do so from your Trips tab!

⚠️ For the Semi Flex fare, the SNCF allows you to cancel all your train tickets free of charge up to 7 days prior to departure, a 19€ fee applies afterwards.

⚠️ For the Flex fare, cancellation is free of charge up to 30 minutes after your train has departed.

Exchange

From your Trips tab, select your trip, and click on Exchange.

Choose whether you want to exchange the outbound, return, or round trip. The available alternatives will then be displayed, and you can choose the option that suits you best.

Once you have selected the train, you will be presented with any fees and/or fare differences that may apply. You can check the booking details before confirming the exchange.

And that's it! Within minutes you will receive an email confirming the exchange, as well as a receipt or credit note.

Limitations

An exchange can only be initiated via the Fairjungle platform by the traveler, or by the person who made the reservation.

Exchanges of tickets with TER connections cannot be made using the above exchange feature - only by cancelling and rebooking.

Some exchange cases can't be made on our platform just yet. In these cases, we invite you to contact us directly via support@fairjungle.com.

  • A TER exchange

  • A change of itinerary

  • An exchange for a single traveler within a reservation for several travelers (the exchange will be made for all travelers within the reservation)

  • An exchange on tickets where SNCF's "carte avantage" was used

⚠️ In case of emergency on your reservation, you can call 3635 if you are in France (Available 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. Fee: free service + price of one call). From abroad, dial 00 33 1 84 94 3635 (Fee: cost of an international call, excluding any additional cost from your operator).
