How to choose the best travel instructions for your employees ?

As an administrator, you can send us your travel policy. This will allow your travellers to get more accurate search results.

If you don't have a travel policy yet, Fairjungle has created four types of pre-configured travel policies with specific train, air and hotel fare policies : Strict, Economy, Standard and Comfort.

You can find the characteristics of each travel policy in the table below :

Economy class for all flights

Economy class for all flights < 7h

Economy class for all flights <4h

Premium Economy class for all flights from 4 to 7h

Business class for all flights >7h

1st class for all trains >3h

2nd class flex for all trains <3h

Hotel

Base : €130/night

Paris: €152/night

It is possible to adjust these different travel policies. If you have any questions or need advice on this subject, please contact your Account Manager.

N.B : You can set up several travel policies according to your travellers (e.g : frequent travellers), their business units (e.g : Sales / C-Levels...), or your entities (e.g : France / Italy...)

N.B. 2 : You can also choose an approval or notification system independently of your travel policy (approval for all trips / for out-of-policy trips only / no notification/approval).
