Before booking on Fairjungle, it is recommended for new users to fill in their Fairjungle profile. This way, your employees' loyalty programs or discount cards will be automatically taken into account at each booking!
Your users can do this autonomously on their Fairjungle account. However, if you want to keep control of these additions, you can also do it for them as an Admin.
How to access someone else's profile ?
Go to your Admin > Users area
Find the user profile you wish to modify - provided they have already been added to the user base - and then click the red icon below:
You will then have access to the user's personal area
How to fill out the profile ?
A travel document (ID card or passport) is needed to book flights, but you can book trains and hotels without one.
If you have your user's passport information, please fill in this document instead of their national identity card, so that you can book your international flights easily. Make sure to avoid using symbols such as "," or "." in the name or surname fields.
You can also enter your loyalty or discount card information, if you have one. The cards entered below are automatically taken into account for any reservation made on the platform.
